We operate smart vending fridges branded Green Deli Café, providing fresh and healthy food, snacks, drinks, and ready meals. Our technology uses RFID and cashless payment systems to enable 24/7 unattended retail access.
Green Deli Café Ltd. acts as the Data Controller, determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data.
Personal data we collect and purpose of processing
When using our mobile app
To access the Green Deli smart fridge, users create a personal account in the Green Deli App. We collect:
• Name and surname
• Email address
• Payment details (processed securely by our provider Adyen)
• Device information (model, OS version, IP address)
• Purchase history and fridge usage data
We use this data to:
• Identify and authenticate users
• Enable fridge access and payment processing
• Send electronic receipts
• Provide customer support and updates
• Offer personalized offers and loyalty programs
Payment data are processed only by Adyen B.V., which is our certified payment processor. We do not have access to your raw card details.
When using fridges with built-in payment terminals
If you use your bank card directly on a Green Deli Café fridge, only your transaction and product data are recorded. Payment data are securely processed by Adyen.

If you contact us by phone, email, or social media, we process your contact details and message for communication and support purposes.
Legal basis for processing
Your personal data are processed under one or more of the following legal bases:

We store your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:
• Account data: retained until you delete your account.
• Transaction data: stored for up to 5 years, as required by tax law.
• Marketing consent data: retained until you withdraw consent.
Sharing of personal data

• Adyen B.V. (payment processing)
• IT and hosting providers (for app operation and data security)
• Maintenance and logistics partners, when needed for fridge servicing
• Food suppliers, only in aggregated form (no personal identifiers)

We aim to store and process all personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). If transfers outside the EEA occur, they will be safeguarded through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
