Return Policy – Green Deli Café mobile App
We deliver our Products immediately at the moment of purchase through our Green Deli smart fridges. All our food and beverages are freshly prepared and intended for immediate consumption.
After a Product has been taken from the fridge, the purchase is considered final — returns, cancellations, or refunds are not possible due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of the Products.
We prepare and store our Products under strict hygiene and quality control standards to ensure the highest food safety. However, if you have purchased a Product that does not meet our quality standards (e.g. damaged packaging, expired, or improper temperature), please contact us immediately at catering@greendelicafe.com or by phone at +359 879 68 14 14, and we will review the case and offer a suitable solution.
If possible, please provide photos of the Product and a short description of the issue, so we can investigate and prevent similar situations in the future.
In case you have been accidentally charged for an item you did not purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at catering@greendelicafe.com, and we will verify the transaction and process a refund if applicable.
