Terms and Conditions – Green Deli Café mobile App

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Green Deli Café smart fridges (“Fridges”) and the Green Deli Café mobile app (“App”) operated by Green Deli Café Ltd. By using the Fridges and/or the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing any products through our system!

2. Scope of the Service

Green Deli Café operates unattended retail fridges offering fresh meals, snacks, drinks, and other food items prepared daily from local and trusted suppliers. Products are purchased either via the Green Deli Café App or directly at the fridge using a contactless payment terminal.

The App is available for download on Google Play and the Apple App Store and allows users to unlock fridges, view product information, and automatically complete payments after closing the fridge door.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1 Prices of Products are displayed on the fridge screen or in the App and include all applicable taxes. 3.2 Payment is made instantly upon purchase — once the fridge is closed, your card or registered payment method is charged automatically. 3.3 Payments are processed securely by Adyen B.V., a licensed international payment provider. Green Deli Café Ltd. does not store or access any raw payment data. 3.4 If your payment method is declined, the fridge will not unlock. We are not liable for declined transactions caused by your bank or payment provider. 3.5 We reserve the right to update prices and available payment methods without prior notice. 3.6. For the purposes of Bulgarian legislation, payment through the Green Deli Café mobile application is considered “non-present” (remote / card-not-present).

3.7. In the case of a “present” (in-person / card-present) payment by bank card at the POS terminal of the fridge display, please follow the instructions indicated on each fridge display.

4. Refund and Return Policy

4.1 All Green Deli products are freshly prepared and intended for immediate consumption. After taking a product from the fridge, the sale is final — no returns, cancellations, or refunds are possible. 4.2 If you receive a product that does not meet our quality standards (e.g. damaged, expired, or stored incorrectly), contact us at catering@greendelicafe.com within 24 hours. Please include photos and purchase details. 4.3 If you were accidentally charged for a product you did not purchase, contact catering@greendelicafe.com immediately for verification and refund if applicable.

5. Use of the Green Deli Café App

5.1 The App allows users to access fridges, view products, and complete purchases automatically. 5.2 Users must create a personal account, providing accurate contact and payment details. 5.3 The App may send notifications, receipts, and promotional messages; users may manage their preferences in the App settings. 5.4 Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and ensuring that their device is up to date. 5.5 The App may display content, promotions, or advertisements related to Green Deli or partner brands.

6. Liability

6.1 Green Deli Café Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profit, data, or reputation. 6.2 Liability is limited to direct damages proven to result from intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Green Deli Café Ltd. 6.3 We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse of the fridge or the App, or by ignoring instructions displayed on the devices. 6.4 Force Majeure (e.g. power failures, natural disasters, or network disruptions) releases both parties from liability during the period of disturbance.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For full details, see our Privacy Policy – Green Deli Café. All payments are securely handled by Adyen, and Green Deli Café never stores credit card data.

8. Complaints

8.1 Complaints related to food quality or transactions must be submitted by email to catering@greendelicafe.com within 7 days of purchase. 8.2 We will respond as quickly as possible, and not later than within 7 business days. 8.3 Filing a complaint does not entitle you to withhold or reverse payment.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, brand name, content, and software belong to Green Deli Café Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App or fridge interface without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from the use of the Green Deli App or Fridges shall be settled amicably; if no agreement is reached, they shall be referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
